Responsible for promoting SPA and salon services, increasing customer footfall, generating leads, managing social media, and executing marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms and online promotions.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and offers.
• Generate leads and increase customer bookings.
• Coordinate with branch managers for local marketing activities.
• Develop corporate tie-ups and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor customer feedback and online reviews.
• Prepare marketing performance reports.
