Sales & Marketing Executive

Mount Control Systems is the authorised distributor for (switches, wiring accessories, lighting) in Bengaluru South. We are building our founding sales team — 3 openings.

Your work:

• Visit 25–35 electrical/hardware counters daily on a fixed beat
• Book orders, place new products, maintain displays and scheme visibility
• Collect payments on your route and keep outstanding under control
• Meet monthly targets and earn incentives every month
• Work jointly with the company TSO on electrician meets and market activities

Who should apply:

• 1–3+ years as DSR/salesman with an electrical, hardware or FMCG distributor
• Knows the retail counters of [territory/main markets] — existing relationships are a big advantage
• Own two-wheeler with valid licence, smartphone
• 12th pass or above, honest with cash handling, hungry for incentives
