Field Sales Executive

About the Company
Episeio is a Bangalore-based advertising company. We install LED advertising frames inside gyms, salons, and clinics across the city. Local brands advertise on these frames to reach their exact target customers. We are growing fast and looking for energetic field executives to join our team.
What You Will Do
- Visit gyms, salons, and clinics in your area daily
- Meet venue owners and explain our free LED frame installation offer
- Get agreements signed and install frames on venue walls
- Swap ad posters when new campaigns begin
- Send daily update to team via WhatsApp
Requirements
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence
- Should be comfortable talking to business owners and shop owners
- Local Bangalore resident — Kundalahalli / Marathahalli / Whitefield area preferred
- Kannada speaking — preferred
- Basic WhatsApp and smartphone usage
- Fresher or experienced — full training provided
Salary & Benefits
- ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 fixed salary every month
- ₹200 extra for every frame you install — no cap
- ₹2,000 petrol allowance every month
- Example: install 15 frames → earn ₹10,000+ that month
- Salary paid on 1st of every month — no delays
- Growth opportunity — Area Lead role as company expands
