Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations for marble, granite, quartz, and imported stone products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, team handling, and achieving sales targets across retail, projects, architects, builders, and dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Handle sales of imported marble, granite, quartz, and premium stone products.

Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers.

Generate new business opportunities and key project enquiries.

Lead showroom and field sales teams effectively.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment collections.

Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong experience in marble, granite, tiles, or building materials industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead teams and handle high-value customers.

Strong network with architects, builders, and interior designers preferred.

Result-oriented with strong business development skills.

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA Marketing preferred

5–10 years of relevant sales experience
