Job Description
What You'll Do
- Connect with users through voice-based interactions
- Understand user needs and recommend relevant offerings
- Build and maintain relationships with existing users
- Encourage user participation and engagement on the platform
- Gather user feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and follow-ups
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language
Preferred Languages
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Kannada, or Marathi
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills
