Job Description

  • Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads.
  • Make calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
  • Explain Vibez Estates’ projects and property offerings to prospective customers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and messages.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating site visits.
  • Support the sales team during customer meetings and site visits.
  • Update customer details, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
  • Learn and support the team in converting leads into customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and pre-sales teams for smooth customer handling.
