Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to drive sales.

- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
- Ensure professional, high-quality customer interactions.
- Log all activities, updates, and follow-ups accurately in CRM.
- Collaborate with team leads for performance improvements.
- Upsell and cross-sell wherever applicable.
