About the Role

Tassel Ventures is a Bangalore-based real estate firm working as a Channel Partner (CP) with reputed builders and developers. We are looking for enthusiastic Callers/Tele callers to join our team and handle real-estate leads and customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Call and connect with potential customers from company-generated leads.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, location and property preferences.
  • Explain relevant residential projects, plots and apartments.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
  • Update lead status and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team for further customer handling and conversion.
  • Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirement's

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Kannada/Hindi/English is preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Candidates with tele calling, sales or real-estate experience will be preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
