Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with prospective customers, qualify leads, and drive sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling conversations, building relationships, and converting enquiries into business opportunities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesContact and engage prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products and services.
  • Qualify leads and identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate effectively and address customer concerns to drive conversions.
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, or product demonstrations for the sales team where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
  • Skills & RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Confident and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer acquisition, business development, or lead generation.
  • Experience in real estate, service sales, SaaS, or customer-facing sales roles will be an advantage.
  • Freshers with exceptional communication and negotiation skills may also apply.
