Key Responsibilities

• Call and arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business.
• Understand customers requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
• Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and builder offers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with developers, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth bookings.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Contribute to team revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and submit daily activity reports.

Requirements

• 1- 6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Automobile Sales, or any direct sales role or B2C Sales Experience.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Comfortable with client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.(Bike is required to just reach the project location.
