Job Description: Sales Coordinator – RF & Microwave Products & Power Supplies

Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales operations for RF & Microwave components, systems, and Power Supply products by handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding RF & Microwave products, amplifiers, antennas, connectors, cables, test equipment, and power supplies.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and pricing sheets.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert leads into orders.
  • Support sales engineer/account managers with customer requirements.

Order Management

  • Process purchase orders accurately in the systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for pricing, lead times, and product availability.
  • Track orders from confirmation to delivery.
  • Resolve order issues such as delays, shortages, or documentation errors.

Customer Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Build strong long-term customer relationships.

Technical Coordination

  • Understand basic specifications of RF & Microwave products:
  • Frequency range
  • Power output
  • Gain
  • VSWR
  • Connectors
  • Applications
  • Understand power supply specifications:
  • Voltage / Current ratings
  • AC/DC, DC/DC converters
  • Efficiency
  • Protection features
  • Industrial / medical / telecom applications

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain customer database and sales records.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, pipeline reports, and forecast updates.
  • Keep product catalogues, datasheets, and pricing updated.

Vendor Coordination

  • Communicate with OEMs and principals for product updates.
  • Obtain special pricing, technical support, and delivery commitments.
