Sales Co-ordinator

1.    Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

2.    Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, timely updates of project information to clients, factory, designs & sales team.

3.    Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.

4.    Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

5.    Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

6.    Developing and maintaining data to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and sharing Payment update to the finance department.

7.    Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

8.    Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

9.    Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

10. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

11. Responsible for payment collection within time bound as per company keep terms and conditions.

12. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Keep information of each and every account of client to higher management.
