Job Title: Inside Sales & Customer Support ExecutiveCompany: Vivitron Energy Pvt Ltd

Location: Peenya, Bengaluru

Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Department: Marketing & Sales 

Job OverviewVivitron is looking for a proactive Sales & Coordinator Executive to manage customer communications, follow up with leads, and coordinate order processing. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, converting marketing leads into customers, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the capability to manage customer relationships effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Tele CallingContact potential customers from generated marketing leads.
  • Explain company products and services to potential clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert them into customers.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling and customer references.
  • 2. Customer SupportHandle incoming customer calls and provide product or service support.
  • Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • 3. Order CoordinationConfirm customer orders and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the production team for order processing and delivery timelines.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding order status.

  • 4. CRM & Data ManagementMaintain accurate records of:
  • Leads
  • Follow-ups
  • Customer interactions
  • Order confirmations
  • Update lead status and remarks regularly in the system.
  • 5. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong follow-up and persuasion ability
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally
  • Basic computer skills for updating lead data
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal teams

Language RequirementsFluency in the following languages is mandatory:

  • English
  • Hindi
  • Kannada



  • Preferred Qualifications1–3 years experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer support roles.
  • Experience working with CRM tools or lead management systems is an advantage.
