Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage your strong affinity for numbers to build and execute marketplace strategies that drive growth for our brands across various cloud kitchen locations.

Experimentation & Validation: Adopt a highly structured approach to revenue management. Design, run, and ruthlessly validate growth experiments (pricing, discounting, visibility, and menu optimization).

Daily Tracking & Discipline: Maintain a rigorous daily discipline of tracking key performance metrics, ensuring fast feedback loops on experiments and operational changes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership and senior revenue experts to align aggregator strategies with overall business objectives.
