Key Responsibilities

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.

• Ensure merchandise is stocked and replenished regularly.
• Manage inventory and report stock shortages.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Coordinate with the store manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company policies and maintain visual merchandising standards.
