Restaurant Manager

Dolphins Bar & Kitchen is looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our front-of-house and kitchen teams, and ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about food, service, and guest satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste
• Monitor budgets, sales targets, and P&L performance; implement strategies to improve profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations (food safety, alcohol service, fire codes, etc.)
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with the kitchen team on menu execution, specials, and seasonal offerings
• Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training
• Manage POS systems, cash handling procedures, and end-of-day reconciliation
• Plan and oversee special events, private bookings, and promotions
