Job Description

  • CAPTAIN – RESTAURANT & BREWERY2–3 years of experience in Restaurant / Microbrewery / Hospitality.
  • Strong experience in order taking and table service.
  • Excellent guest handling and customer service skills.
  • Ensure fast, accurate and professional service.
  • Good knowledge of food, beverages and brewery products.
  • Handle guest queries and service requests professionally.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar and Cashier for smooth operations.
  • Supervise and guide the service team.
  • Ensure SOP, hygiene, grooming and service standards are followed.
  • Good communication and upselling skills.
  • Brewery experience preferred.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
