Job Summary

The Reservation Executive is responsible for handling guest booking inquiries, processing reservations, providing information about resort facilities and services, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle room reservation requests via phone, email, website, and online travel agencies.
• Assist guests with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations.
• Provide accurate information about room types, rates, packages, promotions, and resort amenities.
• Maintain reservation records in the property management system (PMS).
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
• Monitor room availability and maximize occupancy through effective inventory management.
• Process payments and verify booking details.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues.
• Generate reservation reports and maintain booking documentation.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and service standards.
• RequirementsHigh school diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel or resort reservations is preferred.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and PMS software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
