Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in and online customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate leads through referrals, events, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
