Job Title: Recruiter (Construction Industry)

Location: Nagarbavi, Bangalore

Experience: 1 to 3 years in recruitment (construction experience preferred)

Salary: ₹20000 to ₹25000 per month

Job Type: Full-time Work from Office

About the Role

We are looking for an active Recruiter to hire for our construction projects. You will handle the full hiring cycle for site and office roles and work closely with project heads and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring needs from project managers and site heads
  • Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, consultants, and labour contractors
  • Hire for roles like site engineers, supervisors, foremen, safety officers, and skilled/unskilled labour
  • Screen resumes, conduct calls, and schedule interviews
  • Handle salary discussion, offer letters, and joining formalities
  • Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports
  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation
  • Follow up with candidates to reduce drop-offs

Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream (MBA/BBA in HR is a plus)
  • 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Good communication in Hindi and English ([Local Language] is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Excel and job portals
  • Ability to handle urgent hiring and work under targets
