Job Description
- Welcome and professionally attend to customers, channel partners, visitors, and vendors.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned team member.
- Manage walk-in enquiries and coordinate with the Sales Team.
- Maintain visitor, customer, and site-visit records.
- Coordinate customer and channel partner appointments and visits.
- Receive and distribute documents, courier, and office communications.
- Assist the Sales and CRM teams with basic customer coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Handle basic office administration and other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- English and Kannada communication preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate/front office/customer service is an advantage.
