Job DescriptionZoom Fitness is looking for a smart, friendly, and energetic Receptionist to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations and providing excellent customer service to gym members and visitors.
- Responsibilities:Welcome and assist gym members and visitors.
- Handle membership enquiries and explain gym packages and offers.
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointments.
- Maintain member records and attendance.
- Follow up with leads and membership renewals.
- Handle billing and payment collection.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
- Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi,Tamil.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Female candidates are preferred.
