Job Description
- Conduct outbound and inbound telecalling to potential customers from provided leads or inquiries.
- Engage with clients to understand their property requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment goals.
- Suggest suitable real estate projects from our portfolio that match customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and site visit teams to convert leads into successful closures.
- Provide detailed project information, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and service.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
