Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in managing sales operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training & guidance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns (digital & offline)
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree / MBA preferred
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achievements
• Preferred Skills:Experience in Real Estate / Co-working / B2B sales
