Quotation Executive (interior)

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial quotations for interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze BOQs and calculate material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain and compare vendor and supplier quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams for pricing inputs.
• Prepare rate analysis and cost breakdowns.
• Ensure quotations are submitted within the required timelines.
• Maintain a database of material costs, vendor rates, and project estimates.
• Support the sales team during client negotiations and clarifications.
• Track submitted quotations and update management on project status.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of commercial interior fit-out works.
• Strong estimation and costing skills.
• Ability to read architectural, MEP, and interior drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
