Role: Quantity Surveyor (Pre & Post Sales Support )

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects, covering materials, labor, and associated costs.
• Pre & Post Sales Support: Provide financial insights and documentation support across both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Tendering & Documentation : Manage the tendering process and prepare comprehensive contract documents.
• Client Negotiations: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients (primarily large interior fit-out turnkey companies) and ensure watertight documentation of terms and conditions.
• Cost Control & Optimization : Monitor project expenditure, identify potential overruns, and implement strategies to optimize costs without compromising design quality or functionality.
• Contract Administration : Oversee supplier and vendor contracts, ensure compliance, and assist in resolving contractual disputes.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports and updates on project costs to clients.
• Internal Liaison: Coordinate with internal project execution teams to track costs and align on budgetary control (note: role does not involve direct project execution).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, architects, contractors, and the sales team to align project goals and costs.
• Quotation Management : Maintain an organized record of quotations and cost databases for quick reference and analysis.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
