Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with 5–7 years of experience, preferably in the QSR, restaurant, or food service industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations, vendor development, cost optimization, inventory management, and ensuring the timely availability of quality raw materials and operational supplies across restaurant outlets.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities for QSR operations.
3. Source and develop vendors for food ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, and operational supplies.
4. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
5. Ensure timely procurement of raw materials while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
6. Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Finance, and Warehouse teams to understand purchase requirements.
7. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, reorder points, and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
8. Conduct regular vendor evaluations based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service.
9. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.
10. Track market trends, commodity price fluctuations, and identify alternative sourcing opportunities.
11. Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, invoices, and procurement reports.
12. Work towards reducing food costs, wastage, and overall procurement expenses.
13. Handle procurement requirements for new restaurant openings and expansion projects.

• Required Skills & Qualifications5–7 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
• Mandatory experience in the QSR, restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients, raw materials, packaging, and restaurant supplies.
• Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of inventory control and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of procurement software, ERP, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage procurement for multiple restaurant outlets.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates currently working with QSR chains, restaurant chains, cloud kitchens, or food service companies.
• Experience in centralized purchasing and multi-outlet procurement will be an added advantage.
• Should have a strong understanding of food costing and procurement cost optimization.
