Purchase Executive

Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers.

 Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.

 Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/operations teams.

 Ensure timely procurement to avoid production or operational delays.

 Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

 Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.

 Compare quotations and prepare vendor evaluation reports.

 Track order status and ensure on-time delivery.

 Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or invoice discrepancies.

 Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and purchase data.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

 Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.

 Support audit requirements and documentation.
