Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Unlimited Performance Incentives

About the RoleWe are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven professionals to join our OPPO Exclusive Showrooms in Bangalore. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for assisting customers, driving smartphone sales, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Promote and sell OPPO smartphones, accessories, and related products.
• Explain product features, specifications, and offers to customers.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Demonstrate products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
• Maintain showroom display standards and product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with the showroom team to maximize sales opportunities.
• Keep updated on the latest OPPO products, promotions, and market trends.
• Eligibility CriteriaPUC / Diploma / Any Degree.
• Experience in mobile retail sales, electronics sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
