Projects And Service Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Project & Service Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling cold room installation projects and service operations while ensuring excellent customer communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCold Room ProjectsConduct site visits for project assessment.
• Study layout drawings and verify site measurements.
• Plan and coordinate project execution.
• Supervise installation activities and ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular project progress updates to customers.
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams.
• Cold Room ServicePlan and schedule preventive and breakdown service visits.
• Coordinate service engineers and technicians.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Keep customers informed about service status and progress.
• Maintain service reports and documentation.
• Required SkillsAbility to read and understand layout drawings.
• Good knowledge of site measurements and project execution.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Language RequirementsCandidates who can communicate in multiple languages will be preferred:

• Telugu
• Experience1–5 years of experience in Cold Room, HVAC, Refrigeration, or MEP projects is preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.

• Possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Willing to travel across project locations.
• Good team player with problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
