Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution and management of landscape, external development and infrastructure projects. The role involves working closely with clients, consultants, site teams, vendors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, as per quality standards and as per the approved scope.

The candidate should have good knowledge of civil/infrastructure works, strong site-management capabilities, good communication skills and the ability to independently handle multiple site activities.


Main ResponsibilitiesOverall site & project management

  • Client, consultant & contractor coordination
  • Planning and monitoring daily site activities
  • Managing manpower, materials & vendors
  • Ensuring quality, safety and timelines
  • Preparing site reports and documentation
  • Handling email and basic computer work
