Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with an ITI, Diploma, or Graduate qualification and experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production and dispatch operations during the shift, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety, and on-time deliveries are achieved.

The ideal candidate should have good manpower management and Industrial Engineering skills, be able to effectively utilize manpower and machines, solve day-to-day shop floor issues, and maintain discipline and productivity. They should understand management's objectives and communicate them clearly to the workforce, ensuring the team works together to achieve the company's production, quality, and dispatch goals.
