## About the Role

We are seeking experienced Telecom Sales Professionals who can manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have experience selling broadband, internet, WiFi, fiber, or telecom services to international customers and consistently achieving revenue targets.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with US customers.

* Identify customer internet and connectivity requirements.

* Present broadband, WiFi, fiber internet, and telecom solutions.

* Generate new business opportunities and acquire customers.

* Conduct end-to-end sales, from prospecting to activation.

* Upsell premium plans, add-on services, and related products.

* Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively.

* Maintain customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.

* Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.

* Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

## Required Skills

* International Telecom Sales Experience.

* Broadband, ISP, WiFi, Fiber, or Internet Sales Knowledge.

* End-to-End Sales and Deal Closure Expertise.

* Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication.

* Negotiation and Persuasion Skills.

* Objection Handling and Closing Techniques.

* CRM Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, etc.).

* Customer Acquisition and Revenue Generation.

* Upselling and Cross-Selling Expertise.

* Strong Target Achievement Record.

* Minimum 2 years of International Telecom Sales experience.

* Proven track record in broadband, ISP, telecom, or internet subscription sales.
