Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to engage with prospective learners, understand their training requirements, and guide them toward suitable courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their learning goals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs
  • Counsel students and working professionals regarding career opportunities and course benefits
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective learners and maintain lead pipelines
  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to address learner queries
  • Schedule demo sessions, counseling calls, and enrollment discussions
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports
  • Requirements1+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, or EdTech Sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to understand learner needs and provide appropriate guidance
  • Comfortable working with targets and follow-up activities
  • Basic knowledge of IT, Data Science, Cloud, AI, or related technologies is an advantage
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in EdTech, Training, or Education Industry
