Key ResponsibilitiesPicking Operations

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld devices or mobile applications.
• Locate products quickly from designated storage locations.
• Verify item quantity, quality, and expiry dates before picking.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and inventory management guidelines.
• Ensure order picking meets the required productivity targets.

Packing Operations

• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Segregate fragile, liquid, and temperature-sensitive items as per SOP.
• Verify order completeness before handing over for dispatch.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are followed.

Inventory Management

• Assist in stock replenishment and shelf arrangement.
• Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the Shift In-Charge.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within the store.

Operational Compliance

• Adhere to all company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping within the work area.
• Ensure compliance with attendance, grooming, and workplace discipline requirements.
• Follow all customer service and order quality standards.
• Required SkillsBasic reading and numerical skills.
• Ability to use smartphones or handheld scanning devices.
