Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide both personal and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:


Administrative & Personal Support

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and personal errands as required.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks.

Website Design & Development

  • Design, update, and maintain company websites.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or developers when required.
  • Ensure websites remain current, functional, and visually appealing.

LinkedIn & Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and manage LinkedIn posts.
  • Monitor engagement and maintain a professional online presence.
  • Assist in developing content ideas and social media strategies.

Research & Information Gathering

  • Conduct detailed internet research on various topics.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
