Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads & PPC)


Role Overview


We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads, PPC, conversion optimization, and lead generation.


This role is focused on generating qualified business leads not just traffic. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth.


The ideal candidate understands how to translate marketing spend into measurable business outcomes and has a proven track record of improving lead quality, reducing acquisition costs, and scaling successful campaign.


Key Responsibilities;-


Google Ads Management

Develop, launch, and optimize Google Search campaigns.

Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent commercial searches.

Build campaign structures that maximize lead generation efficiency.

Create compelling ad copy and ad extensions.

Monitor search terms and continuously refine targeting.

Improve Quality Scores and campaign performance.

Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation.


PPC & Paid Acquisition

Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns focused on lead generation.

Develop and execute remarketing and retargeting strategies.

Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.

Test new audience segments, ad formats, and acquisition strategies.

Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.


Conversion Optimization

Analyze landing page performance and conversion funnels.

Recommend and implement improvements to increase conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, messaging, and calls-to-action.

Improve lead quality while reducing cost per acquisition.


Analytics & Reporting

Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking.

Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

Track key metrics including:

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Conversion Rate

Lead Quality

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.


Strategic Growth

Identify growth opportunities across paid channels.

Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Develop acquisition strategies targeting:

Construction Companies

Commercial Real Estate

Property Management Firms

Industrial Facilities

Truck Yards

Warehouses

Manufacturing Operations.


Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.

Proven experience generating qualified B2B leads.

Strong understanding of:

Google Search Ads

PPC Campaign Management

Keyword Research

Conversion Tracking

Google Analytics

Google Tag Manager

Landing Page Optimization

Experience managing advertising budgets.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to independently identify and solve performance bottlenecks.
