Work Location: On-site – Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for an aerospace components manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and supporting smooth production and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the team and daily operational activities.
• Coordinate work related to aerospace component manufacturing.
• Maintain operational and financial records using Tally.
• Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain documentation, stock records, and basic accounts-related data.
• Ensure operational processes are followed properly.
