Job Description
- Plan and manage end-to-end delivery operations.
- Perform and maintain accurate operational records.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager for operational and delivery planning.
- Obtain necessary approvals from the Branch Manager for operational activities.
- Track delivery status and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Manage inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Monitor stock movement, maintain inventory levels, and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and update delivery reports and operational trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards.
