Office Boy / Peon

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily operations of GST GENIE.

Responsibilities:

• Open the office on time every day and ensure it is ready for operations.
• Close and secure the office at the end of the working day.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the office premises.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
• Assist with photocopying, document handling, filing, and other office-related tasks.
• Support staff and management with day-to-day office requirements.
• Follow instructions given by the management and complete assigned tasks promptly.
• Ensure office supplies and pantry items are properly maintained.
• Be reliable and capable of independently opening the office daily without supervision.

Requirements:

• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Good attitude and willingness to work.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain office cleanliness.
• Prior office assistant/office boy experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekly Off
