Job Description
Dispatch materials, documents, and courier consignments to customers, vendors, and other locations.
Receive parcels, courier deliveries, and incoming materials, and hand them over to the concerned department.
Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing materials for dispatch.
Maintain dispatch and inward parcel records.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials as required.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
Purchase office supplies and pantry items when instructed.
Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the Administration department.
Perform other office support duties as assigned by the management.
