Admission Counselor – Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Complete student registration and documentation.
- Collect fees and issue receipts.
- Schedule demo classes and batch timings.
- Maintain inquiry and admission records.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admin team.
- Resolve student queries professionally.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional events.
