About the JobKarepa Technologies Private Limited is hiring qualified and compassionate GNM and B.Sc. Nurses to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes across Bangalore. This is a 24-hour live-in nursing role, offering an opportunity to deliver quality patient care while building a rewarding career in home healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor the patient's health condition and vital signs.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the treating doctor.
• Perform wound dressing and other basic nursing procedures.
• Provide Ryles tube feeding, catheter care, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and positioning.
• Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the family and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and follow the prescribed care plan.
• Ensure proper infection control and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Educate family members on patient care and safety practices.
• Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and ensure the patient's comfort and dignity.
• EligibilityGNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
• Valid Nursing Registration is preferred.
• Experience in hospitals, home healthcare, ICU, or ward nursing is preferred.
• Freshers with good clinical knowledge are also welcome to apply.
• Basic communication skills in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or English.
• Compassionate, responsible, and willing to work in a 24-hour live-in setup.
