Job Summary

A Network Support Engineer at Aspirare Communications Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting network infrastructure and telecom connectivity solutions for enterprise and client environments. The role involves monitoring network performance, resolving connectivity issues, and ensuring reliable communication systems across LAN, WAN, and telecom networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and telecom network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network connectivity issues.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Support telecommunication systems, leased lines, MPLS, and internet connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve network outages, packet loss, latency, and bandwidth issues.
• Perform network installation, configuration, and upgrades at client locations.
• Ensure network security compliance and maintain firewall policies.
• Maintain documentation including network diagrams, configuration records, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with ISP providers, telecom vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure network uptime and service availability according to SLAs.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN
• Knowledge of routing and switching concepts
• Experience with network troubleshooting tools and monitoring systems
• Understanding of firewalls and basic network security
• Familiarity with telecom infrastructure and connectivity solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ are preferred
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet network devices is an added advantage
