Job Description – Service Engineer (OPPO & OnePlus Authorized Service Center)Position: Service Engineer

Locations: Jayanagar, Thippasandra & HSR Layout, Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Service Engineers to join our OPPO & OnePlus Authorized Service Centers in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing smartphones while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair OPPO and OnePlus smartphones.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Replace defective components and carry out repairs as per company standards.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Maintain service records and repair documentation.
• Follow quality and safety procedures during repairs.
• Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and service updates.
• Support inventory management of spare parts and tools.
• EligibilityITI / Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Experience in mobile phone servicing is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can also apply.
• Good knowledge of smartphone hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
