Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on outbound dialing and follow-ups for warm leads acquired through social media campaigns, direct messages, comments, and lead forms. The ideal candidate possesses strong phone etiquette, quick objection-handling skills, and the ability to build immediate rapport with digital prospects to meet monthly conversion targets.
Core Objective: Convert incoming social media leads into sales opportunities through rapid outbound calling.
Speed-to-Lead Outreach: Contact prospects within minutes of their social media interaction to maximize interest.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospect needs, budget, and timeline using tailored, consultative selling.
Multichannel Follow-up: Combine phone calls with SMS, email, and social DMs to boost response rates.
CRM Management: Document call outcomes, pipeline status, and follow-up tasks accurately.
Job Location: JP Nagar , Bengaluru.
