Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Media Sales / Ad Sales Professional to drive advertising revenue and expand our client base. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, client engagement, and strong sales execution.



Key Responsibilities


* Drive revenue generation through media/ad sales across available platforms

* Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (brands, agencies, SMEs)

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers and media agencies

* Pitch customized advertising solutions aligned with client objectives

* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights



Candidate Requirements


* 3 - 5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

* Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets

* Understanding of digital/media advertising ecosystem is preferred

* Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

* Fixed Salary: (based on experience)
