Job Description:

Shishuka Children’s Hospital is seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves extensive field work to promote the hospital’s services, establish strong connections with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and residential communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting our Shishuka branches, doctors, preschools, apartments, and other key locations to generate patient referrals, conduct health awareness camps, and support ongoing new branch openings and licensing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit Shishuka branches, doctors, preschools, and residential complexes to promote hospital services.

- Conduct health camps and awareness programs to engage the community.

- Facilitate ongoing new branch openings, including setup and licensing procedures.

- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, educators, and community leaders.

- Promote hospital services through outreach activities.

- Collect feedback and reports on field activities.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reports.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in field marketing or healthcare marketing preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and proactively.

- Willingness to travel frequently.

- Bike is mandatory for commuting to various locations.
