Marketing Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to lead and execute offline marketing initiatives in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on-ground, enjoys planning campaigns, and has a strong understanding of local market dynamics. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through impactful offline strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including events, activations, and partnerships
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution
• Identify high-impact locations and opportunities for brand promotions (malls, colleges, corporate parks, etc.)
• Manage print materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, and banners
• Track campaign performance and gather on-ground insights to improve ROI
• Build relationships with local partners and stakeholders
• Support lead generation activities through field marketing efforts
