Maintenance & Repair Associate

Role PurposeTo ensure smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of all restaurant electrical systems and food service equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring safe operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of restaurant equipment and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, refrigeration units, beverage machines, air conditioners, and water systems.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and rectify potential equipment failures.
• Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with safety standards.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and equipment servicing.
• Support restaurant teams in equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor utility consumption and report abnormalities.
• Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests and breakdown calls.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and work areas.
